Terms & Conditions For The Creative Axis

Introduction

Welcome to ‘The Creative Axis’, a top interior designing company in Bangalore. With a vast portfolio creating homes, villas, individual properties, commercial spaces and more, the organization proposes certain Terms and Conditions that the client must agree to.

Definition

Company: The Creative Axis
Client/Customer: Any individual, organization or entity that purchases goods or services from The Creative Axis
Services: Interior Design, Consultation, Manufacturing and other related services.
Agreement: The contract between the company and the customer for the services provided.

Services

Scope: We offer residential, commercial and hospitality interior design services, architectural design, Vaastu consultancy services.
End To End Solutions: We provide comprehensive and customized solutions for our customers.
Consultation: The Creative Axis provides initial consultation to understand all your needs and requirements. Additional Follow-Up Consultations at different phases follow.
Design Proposal: We create a proposal only after understanding all your needs and vision. Once agreed, any additions or deviations to proposals may result in additional costs.
Implementation: Upon approval and signing of the contract, we proceed with the agreed timeline and budget.

Fees and Payment

Structure: Fees outlined in the proposal must be agreed upon before starting work.
Terms: Payments are to be made in instalments as specified in the Contract/Agreement. A deposit is required to secure the contract.
Price Revision: The price is subject to increases based on revisions in design and other factors like additions to the scope of work agreed.
Exclusion: The quoted value proposed to the customer does not include details that is not defined unider scope of work and not agreed under costing.
Additional Cost: Any extra cost will be communicated beforehand and must be approved before proceeding.

Client Responsibilities

Information and Corporation: Ensure to provide us with all the necessary information beforehand for successful corporation and project completion.
Access: Ensure we have access to the site as needed.
Approvals: Obtain any necessary permits and approvals beforehand.
Changes and Cancellation: Any changes discussed must be documented. Such changes may bear additional charges if the production has begun. Any instructions to work force at site verbally will not be considered for as a change request unless routed through emails to the organisation.
Delivery Date Extension: The delivery date will get extended if there are any changes to the design after the order is in production, or and additions to the scope of work agreed prior and if there are work timing restrictions, etc.
Cancellation: Any cancellation of proposed services must be in writing. We reserve the right to charge for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, or sometimes reject the cancellation plea, in case the demand is irrelevant or the production is completed.

Warranties and Liability

Warranties: We guarantee our services will be of professional quality and meet the industry standard and expectations.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses like earthquakes, floods, or other natural calamities etc.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All designs and documents will remain our property until the full payment is made.
Usage: Clients have a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specified project only.

Confidentiality

Both, The Creative Axis, and the customer/client must agree to keep all the sensitive information obtained during the project, strictly confidential.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the customer breaches any terms and conditions. The customer will be liable for cost incurred up to the termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
